Vetting Questionnaire
Welcome to the KCRCC Candidate Vetting Process, and thank you for your interest in seeking our recommendation. The Kootenai County Republican Central Committee (KCRCC) is the Kootenai County affiliate of the Idaho GOP, and the only recognized Republican Party in Kootenai County.
The KCRCC is committed to supporting candidates who uphold conservative values, constitutional principles, and the priorities of our community. Our vetting process strives to support candidates that align with our platform and are prepared to serve with integrity, accountability, and a dedication to protecting individual freedoms. Please follow the steps below to begin the vetting process and demonstrate your commitment to representing the Republican values of Kootenai County.
Your answers will be made public prior to the election.
Vetting questionnaires must be completed by February 27, 2026 at11:59pm for Federal, State and Legislative offices. Vetting questionnaires must be submitted by March 13, 2026 for County offices.

The KCRCC is dedicated to informing voters about candidates running for office and their position on key issues. Our Voter Guide provides information on candidates’ views, qualifications, and policy positions.
The Voter Guide is published by our Campaign Committee and distributed county-wide to voters.
