Resolution No. 2025-1010 Title: A Resolution Condemning Antisemitic Disinformation and Defending Truth and Civic Integrity

WHEREAS, The Kootenai County Republican Central Committee, in Resolution 2025-0902,

affirmed support for Israel and condemned acts of antisemitic violence;

WHEREAS, Antisemitism endures through violence and disinformation that distort history,

divide communities, and erode civic trust;

WHEREAS, Rooted in falsehood and hatred, antisemitism denies the truth that all people

are created equal, made in the image of God, and endowed by their Creator with inherent

worth and unalienable rights;

WHEREAS, Information warfare undermines truth, liberty, and the moral foundation of self-

government; and

WHEREAS, North Idaho has faced and rejected extremist movements, reaffirming its

commitment to truth, liberty, and mutual respect grounded in civic virtue; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the Kootenai County Republican Central Committee condemns

antisemitism in all its forms as a rejection of truth, liberty, and the equal dignity of all

people created in the image of God;

RESOLVED, That this Committee recognizes antisemitic disinformation as a weapon of

information warfare that divides citizens and weakens civic trust;

RESOLVED, That this Committee reaffirms North Idaho’s commitment to resist extremism,

defend truth, and promote a culture grounded in moral integrity and respect for all people;

and

RESOLVED, That this resolution be sent by the KCRCC Secretary to the representatives of

Idaho Legislative Districts 2–5, and relevant civic organizations as a statement of this

body’s enduring dedication to truth, liberty, and civic integrity.
